Leadership Team

The Kairoi leadership team is led by Bob Elfanbaum, Founder and CEO, and Andrew Montgomery, CTO & COO. Together, they combine deep business acumen and advanced technical expertise to connect bespoke Agentic Solutions with measurable business outcomes large and mid-sized companies, and launch AI-supercharged consulting practices using Kairoi's proprietary Agentic Framework.

Bob Elfanbaum

Founder, Kairoi Studio and Operating Executive, NMS Capital. In 1999, co-founded and led Asynchrony, a leading agile development shop that was sold to WWT in 2015. Former CPA and CFO of a NASDAQ-traded public company, after starting his career as a CPA at PwC. Serial entrepreneur founding multiple companies and launching multiple software products over his 40 year career.

Andrew Montgomery

CTO and COO, Kairoi Studio. Former Global Vice President Digital Platforms and Engineering, and Global Vice President Architecture at Bayer Group. Previously Information Asset and Data Director, and Global Supply Chain Architecture Lead at Monsanto. Recognized expert in Machine Learning and AI, with decades of experience creating scalable data products for global organizations.

Linda Najim

Retired PwC management consulting partner with expertise in customer and channel strategies, operating model design and technology strategy development. Also has deep experience in launching and implementing large-scale business transformation initiatives. Thirty years of consulting and corporate experience. Served as COO of PwC's largest U.S. consulting vertical.

Tiffany Sargent

Retired from Intel after a 30‑year career, Tiffany A. Sargent most recently served as Senior Principal Engineer and Chief Technologist in datacenter and AI Sales. Her expertise spans IoT, data, and distributed systems, with extensive experience in product development, transformation, and partnerships. Nationally recognized for leadership and innovation, she is a Fellow of IISE.

Larry McLean

Chief Growth Officer, McLean Forrester. Retired Chief of Emerging Technology Office, USTRANSCOM with multiple prior positions including Chief of enterprise data, AI, and IT requirements management. Retired Air Force officer with leadership experience operating DoD global IT networks.

David Elfanbaum

David Elfanbaum specializes in transforming complex information into easily understood and engaging narratives. He has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies to create various media and developed a curriculum on visual thinking that trained thousands in effective collaboration. Most recently, he produced the documentary “AI Decoded” (https://aidecoded.com/), exploring the relationship between AI and creativity.
